Need help with serv SQL

Hello guys
I got problem with Sql if Ppl login they can choose character only but they cant login. If i use XML servers they can login.
do you know wat is the problem?

Also i cant login with my router ip on my SQL server.
i can login to XML server with router ip.

forward SQL ports? 3306 TCP / UDP, same on firewall.
Maybe that's the problem

You must open this ports:

7171
7172 (for gamelogin in new servers)
80
3306
443

Just to be sure

Ofc i didint open my ports 3306, i should do that
