Need help with TFS 0.4 Item bug

Hi, I need help with my TFS 0.4, when I go to the depot on my otserver it's a wall in the road at every depot.
At every depot sqm will be a Glowing Switch (ID: 11 063), I checked the Items.xml and where is the (Window) which has the ID, please help me, I do not know what to do! I have tried to Convert to 8.6 again on the map editor but it's the same problem.

(Glowing Switch - TibiaWiki - Quests, Items, Spells, and more)

Edit: There might be some way to make a script so that all Glowing Switch becomes common land.
That one who helps me will get a Gamemaster at my new started server, (starts tomorrow)

Update the items.otb as QuaS said, from RME to your items file, should work.
Or just dont use the glowing switch, a friend of mine had the same problem, easy converted RME to his items file and everything worked as it should.
