Need help with the error 10061 please!

I opened ports 7171/7172, desactivated Firewall and I've set my ip in config.lua, and I've done everything right, but after the character selection, when I press which character I want to play, it gives error 10061 conection refused.

Any clue or something to fix it, please?

try to turn off ur antivirus and check ur ports if they r open here Open Port Check Tool - Do your own website hosting or run an IP Camera etc!
and in config.php be sure of this.
