Need help with website

Hello guys!

I have a server 8.60 tfs and i want to open with a website, so that means no accout manager and stuff. What am tryign to ask here is how do i make the tibia website like all the other ot have and they can see who is online,make guild,account all those stuff like a real tibia wesite.
