Need help!

Hello,
I am big newbie and don't know to find a folder " chars " or something like that in my server.
I've got few folders like : data,doc,mods,schemas and I checked all of them and can't find it :/
Can anyone help me? Coz I want to creat an account.
I read many tutorials etc. and can't find answer for my problem,so please help me!

Could you tell me wher can I find mysql datebase? Coz I dont see anythink called like this in my folder I am rly sorry for my knowledge. Its my first time with OTS
