Hoster Need hoster for project!

Hello, we are going to start a server with custom map and items...
But we need a hoster.
Little information about the server:
Name: Hottez
Donation: Yes.
Website: Yes. (Hottez.se later)
Crew:
Mapper: 1.
Scripter: 1. (me)
Webdesigner: 1.
Hoster: 1.

This will be client 8.54 and we want a hoster that doesn't got much lag...
When we get enough donations we buy Dedicated server, and you'll get 25% of the donations (25% to all in the crew).
