Hello, I need some informations to create my own 10.77 OT server. I just want to know what should I download.

Witch server is the best for 10,77 OT ? Forgotten 1.1 ?
Znote ACC for the website ? Tibia website layout ? Where to get it.
Map editor ?
Script ?

I'm new on this site and new to create 10.77 OT. I already created a 7.92 Server, but it's not the same thing ahahah.
