Mapper Need of a decent mapper!

I need a mapper for my project.

So I was starting to make my own server for some months ago.
But Im on it again and want to complet it this time.

Information about the server
Semi high exp (stages from 1-10000
Custom made map from nothing to what it is today.
Custom items
Custom spells
Edited Monsters and some custom monsters
Client 8.6
Teleport map with 13/15+ monster spawns and 5/15+ quests ( will be more in updates)
many events will be added (ctf, Zombie event, team battle and some more .....)

What I want is a decent mapper that can help me finish Spawns and Quest + some more stuffs. we can talk about what u will do and not do.

my posison on the server
Admin/hoster + I do working with the map and scripts.

What your posion will be
CM if you can talk english without any problems. My english is bad and I want you to be bether on it.
And ofc mapper for hunting spawns and quest.
Be nice and kind to me and all on the server when its open.
