Lua need quest npc

hello i have tfs 0.2.4 and i was trying to do a npc. I dint found any tips or something like that, i tried to edit other npc, but there wasnt npc, what i want to have

i need a npc who ll be talk to stranger and wants a help, when we confirmed, he want to bring a item X, when we bring it, he give a item Y. Somebody could help me ?
