Need Really Fast Help Website Problem!

my website worked yesterday but today when i cheacked it load in years and after its come this

i host it on my own server computer (HOME)

How is your home internet doing?
Any lagg what so ever?

Could it be that your apache/xampp webserver restarts while your opening the page?

no the server dont work and the website are down and that stuff and a guy told me before i started the server when u get over 50+ player i will dos attack your server .. im not sure it him but.. i restarted the computer and installed FortGuard and i think its helped for the time.. :/
