Need recommendation for OT server

Me and my friends would like too play on a server and do some questing together. The ones I’ve seen gate their quests either under VIP or level. Is there a server with fun, Free to play and not-level gated quests?

Preferably on America.

Souls of Elysium's world Sanctum is good for this. Its PVE with free premium. Its more of a 7.6 version with hotkeys, lots of custom areas. Online "training" system that helps make things a bit easier as well
