Need simple npc quest script

Hello, I need a simple npc script tfs 1.2 (10.98) like :

PART 1 = npc takes 10 ham and adds player storage for ex "101" and 1000exp.

And second part...

travel npc when player has storage "101" (completed part 1)
then travel to x,y,z


Please help
