Need some help with GOD/GM creation

My server is 8.6 ( Im really new to making servers and i cant seem to make a character who has the GOD perks

1. http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
2. click on your database
3. find your character
4. change groupid 5

Where do i find it? O.O

are you using mysql or sqlite?

MySQL. The thing is that i can only find my Account manager dude there :/ the 1/1 acc /pw guy

then I suppose you use GesiorACC, Znote or some kind of acc creation, just go to your webpage and create an account and a character

then follow the steps I posted the first time
