Need some help with my server

When i start my server everythings works fine but when i log in into my account or another account i get this error

Cannot connect to the game server.

Error: Connection refused. (10061)

The game server is offline. Check www.tibia.com for more information

I got no idea why i getting this a day ago everything work fine but when i wake up nobody can log in into my server. :( please help
