[NEED] Stone that when using in an item add Storage

Well as the title says, I'm looking for an ActionID (item) in my case a stone, that when using it in an item add 1 Storage to the item and add a nickname to the item
That is, if I have a "Sword" and I use the stone, it would be called "Sword PRO".
Another thing, please have the stone as conditions only can be used once in the item and only be used in weapons, that is, wand, rod, sword, ax, star, etc.
