Windows Need to add tables !!!

i have a little problem, i cant found that table dokument i need to add sql in database to reupload my website that i have removed :S help me someone?

no i got a table dokument already but i got so much files so cannot found it :S if someone got a server then he maybe got a table dokument too then we maybe know where is it in xampp map
