My little brother is a retard, try'd to set up an ACC maker using: http://otland.net/f479/nothing-full...niform-server-forgotten-server-0-3-6-a-77593/ tutorial. I keep getting an error message:
Code: 
 #1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I've tried all the different user names and passwords in config.inc he said he might of changed to, because of course he cant actually remember... I've succsesfully un-installed and re-installed XAMPP but it hasn't worked so I'm assuming the problem isn't located with XAMPP itself but something else.

Someone please help..

Nah iwhen i un-installed XAMPP and then re-installed it, it still didnt work, but after a few mins it randomly worked again. No idea why
