Youve just to download Xampp , install it , create a database just after u download xampp write localhost in your browser and configure ur pw
after that go to localhost/phpmyadmin and create a database - upload the forgottenserver.sql from the GEsior OT and start the ot

Dont forget to write the name of the database ur username and pw in config.lua!
