Needed, Person to help make Crying Damson OT

Ok i want to make a server, it will be serious. Ive got a map, and i know where to advertise. I need someone to help me make an OT ( Crying Damson )? i dont know much about that, which is why i am asking... So if anyone is interested in making a good 600x exp rate server, ( lvl 4000 being normal ) unlimited runes ( everyone likes them ), Tp Room ( why waste time walking when it could be easier ). So if u have the knowledge to help me out i would be very glad. ( if you help out id be glad if you stayed ). You dont need to worry about the server failing and giving up. So Respond Quickly because the faster it is up the better.
