Lua needTarget not working!?

Hi people, idk what is going on, my "needtarget" in spells.xml isn't working:

<instant name="Scratch" words="scratch" lvl="1" mana="0" prem="0" range="1" needtarget="1" casterTargetOrDirection="1" blockwalls="1" exhaustion="200" needlearn="0" event="script" value="normal/scratch.lua">
        <vocation id="1"/>
    </instant>

The player just casts the spell in front of himself, ignoring the tag. What can this be? (TFS 0.4)

Remove casterTargetOrDirection and it should work.
