Bug fixes:Fixed Freeze rune now you can only freeze a player once every 15 seconds and while the player is freezed you cant freeze him again,Fixed [NPC] Arthur,Fixed Forgotten Buyer now he buys drunk runes,Fixed account manager on website,more.

Next map update includes : For the first time on forgottenL 4 new Outfit quests,Civil war event,Bug fixes,New monster : Death overlord(Boss),Map fixes.
