Guys Im having a problem opening a network port I dont use routers I use my mobile Interent
(I take wireless from my PHONE)
I tried to use my IPV4 and didnt work and i want to host a tibia server
any help would be useful TY :)

Get a proper internet connection then you will be able to do as you please.

The way you are getting your internet is way to limited for anything like this(hosting an OT server).
