Started converting all functions with PDO thanks to Chris

My computer is now fixed so I can continue on raggaer ACC and show the progress of it in otland, character view ( also new layout )
Its not fixied, also Im starting with the shop part ( buy points system and shop system ) and the Current inventory its not finished,

All functions are now PDO
