New Channel

Hi,could anyone please tell me how I can make a new help channel so it also allows tutors,senior tutors etc to talk in orange like in the normal help channel?

data/XML/channels.xml, there you can edit, or add new channels
look up for:

	<!-- <channel id="10" name="My Custom Channel"/> -->

and replace it with:

<channel id="10" name="0000"/>

In 0000 put the name u want for ur channel.

That only adds a new channel but doesnt allow tutors etc to talk in orange.
