I'll explain..
The chasis: Its pretty ok, it has a transparent crystal and some neons, and it has like 3 fans, the only bad thing its that it has USB 2.0 connectors. In a future you can get a frontal panel for 15€ that has USB 3.0 connectors. (Keep in mind that on the back of the tower you'll have 3.0 USB connectors from the motherboard);
Power suply: Corsair CX 600; Its ok I guess, corsair and scythe has the best power suplies nowadays. I wanted to choose a kamariki 4 550W but it isn't avaible. Kamariki its a bit better tough.
Processor: I5 2500k. I know you want I7, but.. What for? With I5 you'll play games without problems for atleast 4 years, im pretty sure. Nowadays you need a dual core to run the best game out!
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4 REV B3. It support 16gb Ram, 3.0 USB's.. Its quite fine.
RAM: I've choosen the same as you did because I couldn't find G.SKILLS which is better. Keep in mind that Corsair is designed mostly for people who'll make overclock and corsair rams work better with amd processors. (aint saying its bad, oh and btw these one are 29cm long!)
Cpu fan: Scythe Mugen 2 rev B; Its just great and pretty cheap.
Graphic Card: I know you prefer ATI, so did I. I've tested both Gigabyte GeForce GTX 570 OC 1280MB and ATI 6950 and for some more cash gtx570 it offers a better performance. If you'll go for ATI 6950 2gb will be good too tough..
