Personally i say number 2, since IMO Intel CPU's has always been better than AMD.
(And honestly, AMD Tri-core processors is just broken quad-core processors which has had one broken core disabled)

As for the Intel cpu info, i found it on intels site:

CPU Speed: 2.60 GHz
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
L2 Cache Size: 2 MB


Also you save about 100 bucks on buying the intel one, which can be used to buy 1 more gig of ram, and perhaps a slightly better graphics card (unless it got a good one already)
 
i voted for none of them... (i like cake) reason:
There are many good computers these day's just save up like 100 bucks more and you have a very good one, just dont buy 1 of these 2 yet it would be a waste of your money.
