New condition

Hello. I'm using tfs 0.3.6pl1(tibia 8.54) and i need to add new condition. This condition need to stun monster and if it possible block using spell by him if not just add storage value and when it end delete this storage. Also i need this condition send some effect with set by me interval time. Any one can do it?

You could just pacify, exhaust and doCreatureSetNoMove them for however long you need to if you want an easy workaround.
