New custom items on 8.60 possible?

i added 50 items to the game, it worked (added them on item.otb and on the client), but when i cross them over it crashes the client! the items are fine..... tested with dat editor and tibia editor 8.60.... not a noob dont see this like a question of one plz.....

i have checked versions redone all possible ways i dk i use rev 3884 0.4dev

heres my prob:

if i press ctrl when iam over 1 does that to each 1, if i ran over it crashes the client, is there any option i need to select on the editors?

I don't really understand what you just said, but yes, it is possible. My CUSTOM rpg server is 8.6, and works perfectly.
Try looking up some tutorials
