Hello otlanders,
What do you think of the server with its own map and history ? Basic on 8.6, but we add new graphics and systems. I would like to create a new story, new direction of Tibia.

Is the sense of creating something?

What did you have in mind then? Most RPG's work well with tibia since it has the depth that people want, and people who want a DEEP RPG can really create it.
 
Go for a version that dosen't have 100% bot support.
Go with 8.61?, 8.54 etc (they both have less but still not bot free).
 
Newest client version to avoid bots and benefit from more features. If you don't want/like them just disable them. Things like the market board or the new sprites are always welcome.
 
You don't understand my idea. I hate newest client version..
8.61 is good base.

Oh please.... there are probbly more cracks for xenobot then elfbot.
Id say it's actually easier to get a bot for 10.x versions then 8.6.
And if you are ready to pay you can get a decent bot for the latest versions at all times.

So the bullshit that the latest versions is a way to avoid bots is just false.

@Roshi9 if you want an 8.x version then invest into it like Printer did, use 1.x series (will require alot of work) and make sure that the version you decide to use is not 100% bot filled, like 8.61 that cipsoft changed after a couple of days.
 
Lets pretend for a second that the newer version of tibia did actually have less bots.(They don't) What makes more sense? Giving people a server where less than 30% of people can bot because they don't want to pay for a bot and allowing these 30% to have a much greater edge over everyone else, or giving people a server where everyone has a bot accessible to them if they so choose.

I'm by no means saying I'm for bots but the logical situation is not to give the people who do bot, a greater advantage over everyone else.

None of the new features are even implemented into tfs, ot development died a long time ago
