Also makes forum owners (of sites older than 3 years) directly liable for user uploaded content. Before you could still blame it on the user and remove. This included but is not limited to images/videos/music/files/sprites etc.
Anyway apparently EU countries have 2 years to apply this to national law so you have some time.

Where is Otland hosted actually? Might be worth considering moving it outside EU.

EU lacks a "fair-use" law like yours. We basically only have green light for educational purposes etc. But Fair Use for parodies etc is not necessarily existent :/
Not in the form like in Merica.

Anyway @xKrazyx either host in US (the user's IP does not matter at this point I believe) or if one wants to keep the good ping to Europe go for Switzerland. They have strong privacy laws and don't abide EU laws but do their own thing.
