It's only design, if someone want to use it, he has to cut elements from .psd to .png/.jpeg and code it for account maker.

That have DW logo too, maybe you should request someone to remove it.

You told me in summer "Get the fuck out", when i said that i could not help you in coding. Sorry but I am doing graphic, i do not code layouts at all.
It is funny when someone does not respects you and when you did same for them they are so mad.

You know that he has every right to release the layout? He is the creator, even if you paid. It's his layout he can release it how much he want.
