New great idea! Need a scripter to help!

My idea is very great! Its called.. (Staff Scroll) Or (Access To Staff Scroll)..
That scroll, will be used for....
If i click on it .. It will say!
04:36 Congrutlations, You have been promoted to god.
And if i clicked on it again, it brings me back to old access, (Player). So it says, 04:36 You have been demoted to player.
Thanks! Or you can make it 2 scrolls not 1! Like If i click on Access To Staff Scroll makes me god, and if i click on Take My Access Scroll, takes my access and backs me to player!
Thats what! .. Its a great idea, need a scripter for it!

Edit : Make it with effects.. Like when i click on it , it makes a effect! Any effect... doesn't matter, But just a cool one! ..Ty for every scripter!

Mhmm, instead of going to your sqlite studio or to your phpmyadmin and change the group and logout and wait,etc! Click on a scroll to demote / promote ya!
If someone can make it with effects (Thankfully).
