Permission Denied

i did all this comands with sudo, and this:jonattan@Carvalho:~/T/OSIPC/ip-changer/Languages$ sudo cp ./en.lang ~/.linux-ip-changer/Languages
jonattan@Carvalho:~/T/OSIPC/ip-changer/Languages$ sudo cp ./pl.lang ~/.linux-ip-changer/Languages

i did it right?

i dont understand it:
to config.cfg manually add line:
lang="English"
 
already exist this file, its only open and writ this? what comand can i use for this?
 
i used touch config.cfg and touch history, have problem?
i have all this files.
what i do now?

Ip changer with gui doesn't work. I run and nothing happends, but without gui works perfectly.
