okay so tibia wiki says that the guy gives you yellowed bone but i didnt get mine
where do i get one?

He doesn't give you one, you are supposed to find one. They can be found in the caves in Drefia.

He doesn't give you one when you start the mission, but you should be able to say "problems" or "yellowed bone" to get one. The keywords will work after the next server save if you're still stuck on this mission.
