New notebook pc w/Core i9 processor?

I remember people talking about the core i9 processor and it hasn't been released yet. Does anyone know what the deal is? I want to purchase a brand new laptop from alienware for my college course in computer technology and I would really want the core i9 instead of the core i7.

Leave some feedback if you know what you're talking about. ^_^

laptop isn't a problem in gaming if you got mouse and keyboard, and a screen that you can plug in..
the laptops own screen, mouse and keyboard doesn't work for games.

but in other hand, it's better than nothing.

You can buy box instead of laptop for less price + get better comfort .

Yeah I saw that stuff on Google Don...I just thought there would be an actual core i9 processor, like core i9-640 or something.

i9 havent been released , but i heared they are gonna release it in few months/years, currently u can only find i7 ;p
