Solved New Players Outfits Problem

Hello Otlanders
Today i have noticed that i have got a BUG on my OT,
Basically when there's a new player entering the Server
he only has like half of the outfits for pacc... to get the
rest he has to buy Addons (1&2).


So my question is, How can i make it so every new player
will have all of the Outfits, and if he wants addon's he can
simply buy them?.

Outfits.xml
Change outfit ID's with default="0" to default="1".
