could be possible make this banner not showing the "invisible users" posts, its kinda fail if someone is in invisible mode and it shows your posts

Agreed, and doesn't it show the premium board post's as well? I don't know if that's a problem, but the above should be resolved.

Invisible means that other members can't see if you are online, and what you are doing. I don't see why we should hide your new posts from the New Posts widget just because you are invisible, it's not how the invisible mode is intended to work.
