New TFS 2.3/ 2.4

Hello all!
Im needing to compile the new TFS 2.3 OR 2.4 for get the fuly enchant system in my server.
But i cant find it. If someone have it compiled, or cans teatch me how to is good!
If no, there is no problem as well.

the last version of tfs is 0.2.11

2.3 such as 2.4 are outdated...
Use 0.2.11, directly from SVN.

The problem is that, i need this for the ENchanted Weapons

I have the scripts, and every thing for the enchanted , that is already ready in the server, the portais and etc, the big problem is, the Mystic spirit dont suport Charges on weapon, and then i need the 2.3 or 2.4 TFS
Understand? :X
