New to OtLand and questions about new Ot servers

Hello I am new to OT servers but had played normal tibia for years before quiting. My question is, are there any ot servers to download and host that are similar to real tibia? By real tibia I mean the world maps NPCs quests houses ect. And if there is could someone point me in the right direction to find a download. Or am I way off base as to what it servers are capable of and are they just for custom maps and PvP? I may have the wrong website to be asking this but this was the one recommended. Thanks guys for any guidance here.

No problen it really depends what client version you are looking for if you want old school perhaps check out mastercores if you want a new client maybe check out printers data pack

I would use latest TFS for client 10.41, its time to move forward.

Latest TFS 1.X as engine and ORTS real map project if you want to use realmap.

TFS doesn't have any in-game account manager so I would recommend using ZnoteAAC as website/aac.
