What is better to host Acc Maker ?
Nginx or Apache ?

Nginx is much more modern, lightweight and easier to configure than Apache. I used both and I just can't go back to Apache anymore.

I wouldn't recommend using Nginx on Windows unless you really have to. It's not well supported.
If you do have to, use this custom build: http://nginx-win.ecsds.eu/

And yes Nginx is much better than Apache.
