I've got vista and it works for me, just download normal xampp and run the install.

Just install the basic xampp, and/or read a xampp tutorial.

i even made a website with xampp on my psp XD
but its hard to make websites, there isnt a keyboard for the psp..
(this text cost me +- 2 min.)

It looks good, but the banner text could be more clearer... Like adding a little dark in the text or something And I don't know about grey in the navigation bar?

Apart from this I like the choice of your theme and colour.

Haha yeah, it's a bit messed up, but for the banner that is why I've also uploaded an empty one so you can fill in your own made text =). And for the grey color I had some troubles finding a nice and neat color so that is what looked best I guess.
