Hello there! I am setting up my website for my server. As stated above I am using nicaw 2.11. The highscores works and everything, except for the actuall skin for it. The page is white and the menus is all to the left.
I may have an idea of what the problem is and that is that the only problem that occured when I followed this guide:

On step 8 when I am supposed to open setup_xampp, that works, but in that window that appears it say that it failed to open stream: permission denied in: "/xampp/install/install.php on line 69".
I am very gratefull for replies, and help of any kind. I just need to get the skins working then the website is complete. Thank you!
Also, I can only connect to my website when writing "localhost". Not with my IP, and neither can others. Hum?
