Nicaw website crashes all the time

Hello. I am using nicaw 2.11 website, but the website "crashes" all the time. For most part it is offline. I can ofc enter with "localhost" but I can't enter with my ip and neither can other people.

Any idea what the problem is? thanks.

PS. This doesn't seem to happen to the server itself, it's just the website.

Well I am.. Well I think. The fact that the website works SOMETIMES must prove it works right? just that it's smth else wrong. This is how my port forwarding looks like:

Seems it worked when I opened that port, thank you. I just hope it stays up now, and don\t go down like all other times!

Sadly enough, the site is down again. It was just online temporary

bump! Does anyone know what might cause crashes on the website (u cant enter it) <- site invalid~, if it's not any virus program or firewall (because it's not)?

Might it be bad internet provider? Tho, my internet is fast, and the server itself is still up when the website closes.

Try turning off skype.
