No Characters ? :o

I've done everything, at least i think. For a bit the temple position was wrong, but while that was working i was able to see the option to log into the acc manager(it was on the char list) but i was not able to log in because of the wrong temple position. I added a town with remeres and now when i try to log into it there is no characters on the char list. What can i do?

Edit: I dont have a site, so the only way i can create a char is from the acc manager, unless there is another way?

Go localhost/phpmyadmin and find account menager and samples, add to them right townid pos~ will work =)

I restarted my computer yesterday, and now the ports have all closed, but it wont let me forward them again. I can try rox's suggestion if i can get the ports to work
Edit:I restarted my router and it allows me to open port 80 and 3306, but not the others i need like 7171 and 7172
