No Chars or Accounts in Database

I have recently been trying to make a Gm/God, but when I look in my database the accounts and the characters that have been created are not on there. I was wondering how I get them to appear etc. Any help is much appreciated.

Just did it then but still no characters or accounts, only the Account Manager.

Because all your old chars are saved in SQLite database file @forgottenserver.s3db

To open it you will need SQLite Database Manager, which you can download from mozilla addons site.
