Windows No connection apache - host problem

Hello!
I'm sorry for my elnglish - i'm from poland.

I've open tibia serwer 8.7 with mysql and website (apache).
In 'config.lua' i typed my public IP 217.153.162.156 and I use the noip.com to change/mask my IP for 'http://realots.servergame.com'
When i try to enter on the website i see this:

Its probably router login screen. How can I change this? I wanna host this serw in my home;/

Open port 80

I change in
C:\UniServer\usr\local\apache2\conf\httpd.conf
value
from "Listen 12.34.56.78:80" to "Listen 12.34.56.78:8081"

I must change thist port because my Internet service provider can't forwarding port 80 for my IP.

You Should Open Port 80 From Your Router Bro

My connection looks that:

Provider -> Anntena router -> Router in my room.

Provider unlocked me ports 8081, 7171, 7172, 3306 and forward it to IP adress 10.0.0.5 (this is adress of router in my room). Then i forrwarded this ports in my router for adres 192.168.1.111 (this is IP of PC HOST)

So, than i must forward port 80 on my room router too?
