No good servers these days ;/

I wanna talk about tibia servers these days. I've been playing tibia ever since 7.1. I have played real tibia and mostly all the privet servers that are English. I don't know about other people but I love custom servers/war servers and I hate real tibia maps/ real tibia servers. I like when you experience new things, I've seen/killed all the monsters and it so boring doing it all over again on each server. When there is new spells, items, monsters, map etc...it's way more fun and exciting. I don't really understand why half the of the most popular servers are real map... how can people do the same things over and over again. I've played all the American privet servers and I've been playing then for over 3 years or longer not sure exactly, but there is never any good servers, most people want to make fast money and that's it. I see that there is lot's of people making custom servers but they all fail or just they stop making it examples, Necronia, Diablo tibia server, Final Fantasy server etc... There was an awesome series of servers way back when called Terra OT, the recent one the made sucked and I don't think it is up any more. I'm not sure if anyone agrees with this especially people that like real map, but I'm pretty sure there are at least some people who want a decent CUSTOM tibia server, also Kiwi server was a pretty good server too. If anyone has something to say about anything just post.

These server are no longer exist except maybe necronia but I doubt it.
I was looking forward to final fantasy so much and that was back when servers didn't have pets and mounts.
The server I mostly looking forward to was Tiablo (Diablo 2 -like server), I like diablo and tibia very much and this server looked EPIC, unfortunately it just never came ;(

There were many more servers like these but they never have seemed to come around, I hope more people are now inspired and start to make more of these servers that will actually come out to be played
SirTitan had a lot of good custom servers.
And my bad for any spell or gammer errors.

Yeah, I guess it would be kinda hard and might take a while, but I always thought what if everyone on otlands got together and all made one big server. That would be tons of people and you could get everything done like 4 times as fast.

You know about money?, you know how every one this days just want money and don't get the satisfaction of being the developer of something big ( srry this is the human been. Theres nothing really free in this world)

AFAIK in the mapper side ( the one i know the most), the best mappers don't like to work as something you tell them to do, they want to be free and let their inspiration flow.( and the problem is?) well they/us only map when we feel to, and we do what we want not what you want us to do.

Why do people have to be like that, everyone wants money yeah I understand it's money and the hoster I can understand but come on, tibia is supposed to be played for fun not money. But anyway @ topic, how close are you to being done with your server?

Yes but there's servers rent dedicated for 1500 Eur then where's the fun in that

I'm not talking about Dedi hosting, but ye its still expensive, but come one only if you have a Shitsoft(Cipsoft) map you need it, there is plenty of good Plans that can host up to 30 MB without lag and still not expensive

well my point is not going to pay a Host, my point its that the best Scripters ask for $$ the best mappers sometimes ask for $$ AND SO ON!.

well we are still on developing stage coming along with new ideas, and stuffs, else the map is far from been done. as i want and plan a Test Server should be on @ December, but who knows, but i can ensure something this project will know the Cyber world its a Promise

Me and my friend are working on a custom server at the moment. So far we have around 50 custom sprites but we haven't started on the map or anything else yet so it might be a while
