can somebody help me cause when i start my server everything works fine except for loading monsters and npc's how can i load the monsters and npc

there are no errors i downloaded the nightlies edition on downloads/distribution
dont know exactly what the tf's are

You need to have npcs in data/npc/ and monsters in data/monster/ and you have to make spawns for them in map editor.
