Windows no one can login to server but my website is working..weird

Hello

Well, my problem is that no one including me can log in to my server even when we used to.
it's not ports problem I'm pretty sure or client side or IP changer side
i and other ppl used to log in and
have my firewall disabled, no antivirus, ports working etc etc

I tested all ips local host, 127.0.0.1, local host, public IP, ipv4, my paid domain and mi no-ip domains(x2)
with my client but i always get "error" can't log in... server off
i can upload the server to otservlist, all promotional websites even test the ports
I MUST ADD THAT ALL IPS mentioned above they are able to connect to the website but no client it's weird :/
only one ip of 1 of my two domain from no-ip is working (to client side connection)
but i don't wan't it and i think my global ip should be working as used to.

ALSO I GOOGLED AND RESEARCHED HERE TOO I EDITED MY HOST AND I HAVE NO CLUE

i have my no-ip domains confirmed so they're working as i said only with website but not for my client or in ipchanger

it still doesn't work :/ tried with all my ips
@Limos any idea men? i checked your tutorials regarding connection issues i edited hosts too
things thing is really weird

If you are not using a static internal IP address, verify your internal IP is still the same as what you used when opening ports

it's the same my ip is static :/
like i said it's weird because everyone can acces to my page using my global ip my pay domain
and my no-ip domains but none of theses ips works to login to the server

Are you sure Ip adress in config.lua is same like on whatismyip.net?

yes im pretty sure and like i said its weird cause i use to conect with one of my no-ip
so i deleted that domain and now i can't log in with any of the ips that i said up in my thread
i have my ports open
you can log in to my website but no to my server it's pretty rare

Can others connect to the server over the internet?

Same happened to before the problem might be your ISP. They usually give secure IP address that's why others can't login into server. You have contact with your ISP to able host or invite people in your server.

but i used to log in
now people just can log in to my website but no to the server
its really weird
