No one can visit my website

I followed the steps on localhost/install.php and now i got my own website to my server^^

But no one can visit it. I dont know how to make a internett adress to the website

So i dont need to download no_ip DUC v2.2.1 from; No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP
